This copper garland was the perfect addition to our spring buffet decor!
I love decorating for spring! It’s my favorite time of year. I was recently at Target for groceries and decided to make a trip over to the home decor section for some inspiration!

I like how Target always puts their clearance items on the back endcap where they’re easy to find. They had a lot of great items on clearance and I found this copper garland for $13.98!
Dining Room Decor
It was the last one on the shelf so I snagged it and started brainstorming on where I could use it.
I recently made these DIY floral prints (you can find the how-to here) and hung them on either side of the mirror in our dining room. The mirror hangs over the buffet we recently refinished (you can see the before here).
I thought the garland, with the copper bells and jute string, would look perfect hanging across the mirror above the floral prints.
Hanging the Garland
I enlisted my hubby’s help to tack it up over the mirror and to make sure it was even. We draped it across and brought it up in the center to create a sort of scalloped look.
I love the way it turned out! It added a pretty touch of detail without making the space look too crowded.
