Hey there! I wanted to pop in real quick today and share this yummy and super simple recipe for iced coffee!
I love coffee, and I have to admit, it’s become a bit of a problem since we have a local coffee shop just around the corner from our house AND a Starbucks next door to where I work. Those $5 lattes and iced mochas are a budget KILLER.
A friend and co-worker of mine recently turned me on to Trader Joe’s Cold Brew Coffee Bags. You just toss two pouches in a pitcher, add seven cups of water, and put it in the fridge overnight. In the morning you have delicious cold brew coffee!
Now some people can just add some ice and go, but not me. Nope. Can’t do the black stuff. So I came up with this EASY recipe.
Easy Iced Coffee
Grab a glass and fill it with ice. Fill about three quarters full with cold brew coffee. Add your favorite creamer!
Super simple and delicious iced coffee. Not to mention, budget-friendly!
My favorite creamer is cinnamon vanilla. It’s like Christmas in a cup! You could also make your own creamer or just add milk or half and half for a healthier version.
If you don’t have a Trader Joe’s, there are other brands like Dunkin’ Donuts who have the cold brew coffee bags, as well. Just check your local super market!
I hope you enjoy this simple treat and save some money at the same time! I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments! Have a blessed day!
