Whip up this Ham Cheese Ball any time you need a quick appetizer!
Sometimes you need a quick appetizer you can throw together in a pinch. Maybe a friend stopped by unexpectedly or your hubby remembered he’s supposed to bring something to his office potluck.
This ham cheese ball is perfect for those times you need something quick. With only three ingredients, it’s a recipe you can always keep on hand.
It’s also great for an after school snack! My kids love it with Wheat Thins or Ritz crackers. It’s great with carrot sticks and celery, too!
Start by softening an 8-ounce block of cream cheese in a medium bowl. Chop three stalks of green onion, reserving some for garnish. Mix the rest of the green onion into the cream cheese.
Chop several slices of thin deli ham into small pieces. Reserve some for garnish and add the rest into the cream cheese and onion mixture.
Form the mixture into a ball. Garnish with extra green onions and ham pieces!
I love having this super simple ham cheese ball in my back pocket just in case! Easily double it for a party or large family gathering!
