Good morning! I hope your day is off to an amazing start!
Today I’d like to share a great recipe if you have picky eaters! I have two picky eaters in my family and since I don’t cater to their pickiness it seems like most nights I hear, “Mom, I don’t like (fill in the blank).” Then they sit there staring at their food hoping it will disappear in some magical way.
But this recipe is one they look forward to every time and I rarely have leftovers. It’s a recipe my aunt gave to my mom years ago (for her picky eaters!) and it’s definitely a keeper.
You will need:
1 stick of butter
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
16 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 TBSP parsley
2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl mix together the first four ingredients well. Add 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella and all of the parsley. Mix well. Add the spaghetti and toss thoroughly. Place in a greased 9×13 glass dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted. Slice into squares and serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce!
