Creamy Mashed Potatoes

  • 4 med. Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 2 med. Russet Potatoes
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk


  1. Rinse and peel potatoes. Rinse again and dice potatoes. Place in pot and fill with water until the tops are covered. Bring to a boil and then cook on medium heat for 15-17 minutes. 

    Drain potatoes. Add butter, salt and pepper. Mash or beat with a mixer while slowly adding in milk. Continue to beat until creamy.
