Jalapeno Poppers

  • 10 jalapeno peppers cut in half and seeds removed
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Colby jack cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 20 slices bacon precooked


  1. After cutting peppers in half and removing seeds, set aside.

    Mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and minced garlic in a bowl until thoroughly combined. 

    Spread filling in each pepper half.

    Wrap each pepper with one strip of bacon and place on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350 or place on heated grill and cook for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and peppers are soft.
