Snickerdoodle Cream Cheese Apple Pie

For the Crust and Crumbly Top:

  • 1 pouch snickerdoodle cookie mix
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 tbsp butter melted

Cream Cheese Filling:

  • 1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can apple pie filling chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9-inch pie pan.

  2. Empty cookie mix into a large bowl and combine with melted stick of butter. Blend until the mixture forms crumbs. Press two cups into the pie pan to form the crust and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

  3. Add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the cookie mix and combine. Set aside.

  4. Beat softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Add sugar and flour and mix thoroughly, then add vanilla and egg and beat until creamy. Pour over crust.

  5. Cut apples into bite-sized pieces and mix in cinnamon. Evenly pour over filling.

  6. Top filling with the remaining cookie crumbles. Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

  7. For a firmer filling, refrigerate for three hours before serving. Or serve warm with vanilla ice cream!
