Quick and Easy Chicken Fajitas

  • 1 16 oz. pkg Fully Cooked Chicken Fajitas John Soules brand
  • 1 pkg frozen onion/pepper mix or use freshly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pkg Mission Street Taco Flour Tortillas
  • 1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese topping
  • salsa topping
  • sour cream topping
  • 1 avocado topping


  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Pour bag of chicken and peppers on non-stick pan. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.

  3. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.

  4. Serve with street taco tortillas. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa or Pico de Gallo.

  5. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa or guacamole. Enjoy!
