Preheat oven to 425.
Pour bag of chicken and peppers on non-stick pan. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with street taco tortillas. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa or Pico de Gallo.
